Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipping Time:
We have warehouses in China and USA. Your products will be shipped out in one of these 2 locations. The shipping time varies depending on what country you’re at, and where we’re shipping from. The warehouse where we ship from depends on the availability of the product. Shipping can take anywhere from 3 to 40 days, sometimes longer depending on where we ship from and your location. Please contact us with your country and products for a more accurate estimated shipping time if you wish.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at [email protected]

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos [email protected] and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Foreign Taxes and Custom Fees:
Our credit card merchant collects the funds only in US Dollars. At this time, we are unable to guarantee final landed-cost pricing (which includes the total cost of products, shipping & handling and duty, tax and customs fees where applicable) for international orders that are placed in USD. These orders may be subject to foreign exchange rate calculation, foreign exchange fees and other cross-border fees imposed by your local credit card issuing bank at the time you are charged, which we have no control or influence over.

Return Policy/Lost Packages

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from FullExtend.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 60 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price if it is unopened/unused(minus the shipping, handling, and other charges).

 

For your protection, we do not resell returned items. If we make an error, it will be corrected at the expense of XYL.

Please note if an order has been lost or delayed by USPS, a refund will not be issued if the address is correct and verified by a tracking number/invoice provided by the USPS. A external investigation will have to opened by the customer through the United States Post Office to determine location of the package. If package is returned to XYL, the items only then can be reshipped or refunded; we have had lost packages that end up being extremely delayed packages due to USPS mishandling. The implementing of this policy is in part due to past orders being filled twice at the expense of XYL due to the mishandling by USPS. We will offer as much assistance as needed to remedy any issues the arise.
Bundle Returns

Our bundles were built at the request of many returning customers. Because we discount our bundles, no returns will be accepted if you are not satisfied with any of the products in the bundle or the bundle itself. If any of the products are damaged or otherwise adulterated, please contact us regarding a return/replacement for the individual item(s). If you are unfamiliar with a particular product we suggest that you order the individual product if you would like the opportunity to have a refund.

International Shipping Liability

Most products can now be shipped internationally. Due to customs issues, certain products cannot be shipped to certain countries around the world. If you do choose to pay for international shipping, we do not guarantee our products will pass your country’s customs. Please look into your country’s laws and regulations before purchasing.

Please note : If your international order is seized and destroyed we are unable to refund your money. If your order is returned to our fulfilment center because of rejection, failure to pick up or duty fees unpaid, a 30% restocking fee and international shipping will not be included in your refund. International shipping can be tricky, often with no clear reason for success or failure. Please familiarize yourself all import laws and procedures prior to making your order.
